You choose a plan and add a card. If you do nothing, your account pauses: the booking page shows a "temporarily closed" notice and your data is kept for 60 days. Nothing is charged without you entering payment details.
One appointment for one client, whether it was made online, by phone or at the desk. A visit with three services is still one booking. Cancelled appointments don't count toward your monthly limit.
We email you at 80% and 100%. Your calendar keeps working for the desk, and online booking stays open for a 10% grace margin. After that you can move up a plan; we never upgrade you automatically.
You pay your plan price once for each branch. A salon with 3 branches on Pro pays $357/month (3 × $119), or $99.17 per branch / month on yearly billing, plus applicable taxes. Starter covers 1 branch, Growth covers 1 branch, Pro has no branch limit. Bookings, staff and WhatsApp messages are counted for the whole salon, not per branch.

Online booking stays open for a 10% grace margin past your limit, then move up a plan when you choose. No automatic upgrades.
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans can be refunded pro rata within the first 30 days.
No. Deposits and in-salon UPI and card payments go straight to your own Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal account. You pay their standard processing fees and nothing extra to Chairly.
Your salon pays in the currency of its country, set when you sign up: rupees in India (₹299, ₹699 or ₹1,499 a month, plus GST, by UPI or card), dirhams in the UAE (AED 119, 239 or 479), pounds in the UK (£11.99, £39 or £79), euros in the euro area (€14.99, €55 or €109) and US dollars everywhere else ($15.99, $59 or $119), plus applicable taxes outside India. Prices are fixed for each currency, so exchange rates never change your bill, and changing plan keeps your currency.
